These Terms govern use of the MyFamily Braces Orthodontics website, online services, patient-facing digital tools, and SMS program.

These Terms do not replace or modify any treatment consent, financial agreement, HIPAA authorization, Notice of Privacy Practices, or other agreement separately entered into with MyFamily Braces.

You agree to provide accurate information and protect the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not use our website, portal, email, or SMS for medical emergencies. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care.

If you affirmatively opt in, MyFamily Braces may send SMS messages concerning appointments, scheduling, treatment communications, account information, and other patient-service notifications.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or receiving treatment.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will honor valid requests to revoke SMS consent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive orthodontic care.

Consent to patient-service communications does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

PHI is handled as permitted or required by HIPAA and other applicable laws and as described in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

SMS, email, and internet communications may involve privacy and delivery risks. Messages may not be reviewed immediately. You remain responsible for keeping your contact information current.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for diagnosis, professional advice, or individualized orthodontic treatment.

Website content, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to MyFamily Braces and may not be reproduced without authorization.

To the extent permitted by law, MyFamily Braces is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by telecommunications providers, internet services, third-party systems, or a user's failure to protect account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived, including obligations applicable to professional healthcare services or patient privacy.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not modify separately executed treatment, financial, consent, or HIPAA documents except as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
